KISSY KISSY README FOR DDR ORIGINAL STEP CONTEST

PROFILE
==============================
Hello everyone! ^_^
My online name is "Vyse" (full persona: Vyse Vilifous) but my real name is Vaughan Yabsley - a name that most people somehow pronounce very VERY wrong.
Um, I've been playing DDR for about a year or so and playing DWI for around half a year or just over. I'm not an expert at DDR really (can only pass 8 catas... if you include Vanity Angel - which hasn't been downgraded for me since I don't have access to a DDR Extreme Machine) but I think I have a rough idea as to what sort of steps are fun *cheers*.
Oh, and I'm 17 right now, I'll be 18 in December (as if anyone cares) and live in Northern Ireland.
I don't think I'll win this competition but I wanna see what other people think of my DWIs so I thought I'd enter to get some feedback.

SONG/DWI DETAILS
==============================
Title:	Kissy Kissy
Artist:	SMiLE.dk
Length: 2:00
Steps:	Vyse Vilifous/Vaughan Yabsley
Basic:	5
Trick:	6
Maniac:	8
SManiac:9

The song was cut down from 3:05 to 2:00 so that's why you may hear a little jump in the song. In order to shorten the song, I had to save the mp3 as a wav file (using Rio Audio Manager 2.0) and then cut it as I saw fit (in Sound Forge 4.0) and then make it BACK into an mp3 (with Audio Catalyst 2.0). Blegh I want software that'll cut mp3s!!!
I made the steps entirely in notepad.
SMiLE.dk have given a lot of their work to various versions of DDR but I couldn't find this song on any version so I thought I should enter it.

BACKGROUND/BANNER
==============================
I used Paint Shop Pro v7 to make the background and banner. It's very pink because well... I just couldn't imagine a song called "Kissy Kissy" being anything but pink!! ^_^

STEPS
==============================
The basic steps I felt needed to very jumpy because this is a very song and the idea is sort of to jump around and have fun... That's what I though anyway! ^_^

The trick steps were sort of harder for me to make because I couldn't only use the beat (like in the basic steps) or only the rhythm (like in the maniac steps) so I had to find a happy medium. I think I did well enough in finding the mid-point between rhythm and beats.

I set out right from the start to have a DWI with maniac steps that wasn't a 9 or 10 footer (oh my god!!! ^_^) so I made a few bits here and there easier than what I could have done. Those harder bits went into...

...the challenge steps! Basically I just followed the more complex bits of the rhythm for these (I know you said not to have Beatmania Syndrome but I just felt that on this one occasion it fitted the song..

END NOTE
==============================
Surprisingly I had quite a bit of fun making these steps for Kissy Kissy, I just hope all of you playing this song have just as much fun playing them without the endless pain of tweaking the gap and bpm! ^_^
